Mmm, 3 of my favorite things, pumpkin, coconut and chocolate!! Even though these are a healthier option they should still be considered a TREAT! Enjoy =)
INGREDIENTS:
1 C. Canned Pureed Pumpkin
1 Large Egg
1 C. Turbinado Sugar
6 Tbs. Coconut Oil
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 C. Hazlenut Flour
1 C. Shredded Coconut
1 C. Dark Chocolate Chips
DIRECTIONS:
*Pre-Heat oven to 375
1. In a large bowl beat all of the wet ingredients until mixed with no lumps.
