What you'll need:
- 1/2 medium white onion
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce *you can find one without HF corn syrup, etc if you don't want to make your own
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- finely chop onion and mix in a bowl with turkey, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
- Mix together and shape into 4 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick
- Cook for about 5 minutes on each side over medium-high heat
this is my pre-workout meal today!
